About Me.

I have been weight training, running and cycling for 37 years and I have gained a vast amount of experience in fitness both as a Soldier in The British Army and in the past 21 years having been involved in the fitness industry.
​I have gained various experiences in many different aspects and methods of training. I take part in white collar boxing, sportives and duathlons in my spare time.

Specialties 
With 21 years of experience in the fitness industry I am able to deliver training for weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, functional strength and conditioning, weight training for endurance and strength.
I teach aerobics, aqua, boot camp style classes, Boxercise, circuits,  and spin. I have experience in involving the family in your fitness journey especially those with little ones.
​I am also able to offer nutritional advice.

​I'm also a regular Health and Fitness Contributor on Nana Akua's show on BBC 3 Counties Radio.
We discuss anything from weight loss to obesity and covid-19 to mental health

About Rowena 

Rowena has been an instructor for 6 years and from across The Atlantic.
Rowena teaches our Tabata Series!
There are 8 workouts in this series. There approximately 30 minutes each, and include the full workout -with warm up and cool down.
