I have been weight training, running and cycling for 37 years and I have gained a vast amount of experience in fitness both as a Soldier in The British Army and in the past 21 years having been involved in the fitness industry.
I have gained various experiences in many different aspects and methods of training. I take part in white collar boxing, sportives and duathlons in my spare time.
With 21 years of experience in the fitness industry I am able to deliver training for weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, functional strength and conditioning, weight training for endurance and strength.
I teach aerobics, aqua, boot camp style classes, Boxercise, circuits, and spin. I have experience in involving the family in your fitness journey especially those with little ones.
I am also able to offer nutritional advice.
