This program is EVER growing! What does that mean? Well - Every other month, a new Functional Fitness BLOCK is released with the monthly subscription content. This block can be used as stand-alone workouts … OR … you can add blocks from different months on to one another, creating a larger program.
Each block contains the following 4 workouts:
Even though each block has workouts in these same 4 categories, each block release has a different theme or workout protocol. For example - one month it may be drop sets .. another month it may be pyramid, go for reps, tabata, quadsets, and more! Build your library of blocks over time as every other month you get a new block with a new protocol and 4 fresh workouts.

- PUSH - trains the PUSH muscles - chest, shoulders, triceps, quadriceps
- CORE - you guessed it - we’re working the core. Our most important, stabilizing muscles where all movements start from
- SKILLS - focuses on all the 7 functional movement skills together
