A lady said this to me on the phone the other day and it’s bang on
Facing up to the truth and what’s reality is what needs to happen if we want to make a change in our health, body and happiness.
We are all good at coming up with lots of amazing reasons as to why it won’t work for us...and trust me I’ve now heard hundreds of different excuses as to why women say they can’t do it...
But when the ladies I speak to finally cut the bull 💩 , they set themselves free and the possibility of change begins!
If this is you and you’ve been making excuses then don’t feel bad, it’s TOTALLY normal!
These are the kind of fears ladies I’ve helped had about getting started with their exercise and nutrition changes:
What if I’m judged...
What if I won’t be able to keep up...
What if I fail again...
What if the you shout at me when I can’t do it...
What if I change my nutrition and my partner doesn’t like it...
These are just a few of the fears that might be holding you back as well!
And then we don’t say the REAL fear, instead we cover up that fear with excuses don’t we:
I don’t have the time..
I don’t need to change my nutrition it’s fine..
My kids need me at home...
I’ll lose the weight first and then I’ll start (that’s my personal favourite 😂)
