Hi My name is Lee Webb I am a qualified fitness profressional and I run Bodyfirst Personal Training. My aim is to help you achieve your goals using my knowledge and various training methods to assess and improve your fitness which has been learned through over 18 years of experience within the fitness industry and also as a former soldier in the British army.
Progression training is vital to avoid injury or stress and provide you with a good solid foundation of fitness.  This foundation will set a platform for you to achieve your goals.
