Exercise in the morning has been proven to increase energy, focus, and optimism. Plus, morning workouts have shown to burn more calories - AND we’ve found participants are more likely to eat healthy and stay active throughout the day.

So let’s do this! The Wake Up Workouts are designed to be simple - and short. Nothing fancy - most days require no equipment. A few days you’ll just need a long resistance band - you can just keep it by your bed. And you’ll be done in about 10 minutes. That’s all it takes.
Each night I’ll post 2 exercises for you to do when you get up in the morning. Yup - just 2. Do them each 3 times, then move on with your day. With energy, excitement, and enthusiasm!
The exercises are all simple - stuff that everyone can do. You can even do them right in your bedroom, even in your PJs if you want. Wake up and get it done - before your day calls you away.
Do this for 21 days friends, and watch your outlook completely transform. It’s just 10 minutes. But these 10 minutes where you focus on YOU can have a huge impact on your health - both mental and physical - and really your whole life.
But what about motivation? I know for many, the first times you do this, it’s hard getting up, even 10 minutes early! I’ve got you covered. With each post, there will be a motivational message. Something to help keep you going. To inspire you to stick with it - and do it!
